Charlotte Mack DNP, APRN is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Charlotte is an expert in facial rejuvenation and anti-aging skin care, helping patients achieve beautiful natural results. Charlotte performs a wide-range of services to address fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, skin laxity and many other aesthetic concerns. Charlotte works closely with each patient to help achieve their individual goals. Before any treatment, Charlotte wants to understand each patients specific aesthetic concerns. She will explain different treatment options and together will come up with an individualized treatment plan to help accomplish each person's unique goals. This collaborative approach helps patients feel comfortable and confident that they are getting compassionate high quality care. Charlotte completed her undergraduate and doctoral degrees at the University of North Florida. She also completed a plastic surgery aesthetic nursing residency at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. When she is not working Charlotte enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and 2 dogs, reading, riding her bike, and watching space and volcano documentaries.

Mandy Foote is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She joins Janiga MD with many years of experience in aesthetics and emergency medicine. Mandy has completed numerous Allergan injection courses and has trained extensively with Allergan instructors.  She is an expert injector with years of experience with Botox and fillers.  Mandy was raised in Reno and is a proud graduate of Galena High School. She earned a BS in Neuroscience at BYU in Utah, and continued her studies in Boston, Massachusetts, where she completed her Masters in Physician Assistant studies. She was excited to return home to Reno 6 years ago and has loved being closer to family again.  Mandy has a passion for aesthetic medicine. She loves working one on one with patients to create a customized treatment plan. Her individualized approach helps patients achieve natural looking results while accentuating their inherent beauty. Mandy loves being outside. She loves skiing, running, traveling, and spending time with her husband and family. 

I joined Janiga MDs as an Advanced Aesthetician with 10 plus years of experience. I dedicate myself to the study of the science that deals with overall health, well-being and preservation of the skin. I continually educate myself to advance my position as a trusted skin care therapist. My desire for knowledge and passion for skin care is what motivates me to team up with our professional team, as well as clinical skin care lines and advanced technologies to provide education to all patients and exceptional results for the health of their skin. I am married and have 2 beautiful girls. I enjoy hiking, snowboarding and most of all, yoga, where you can find me on the mat many days a week seeking mental clarity and whole body wellness.

I have been working in aesthetics for 8 years. You’ll find me in the back helping Charlotte or Dr. Jen. I recently joined Janiga MDs after moving back home to Reno from the east coast. It’s so good to be home! I love working in this industry helping women/men look and feel their very best along their skincare journey. When I’m not at work I’m spending time with my family and enjoying the Reno Tahoe area.

My journey at Janiga MDs started in 2018 when I was finishing my B.S. in Management from Purdue. As a patient care coordinator, I love to engage with new patients every day and to see their confidence grow as they start to feel their best. I was born and raised in Reno and admire everything Reno has to offer. In my free time I like to spend time with my family and friends, spending time outside and doing DIY projects.

I have over 10 years of experience in the plastic surgery and cosmetic field. My favorite part of my career is when our breast cancer patients have completed all stages of their reconstruction. Watching them fight, helping them navigate their journey, and being in awe of their strength is something I will never take for granted. When I’m not working, you can find me baking, training our new puppy, or being bossed around by our daughter at the mall.

I have been working at Janiga MDs for over 5 years now and have been in the medical field for over 30 years. I have always been a surgery scheduler and I’m blessed to be a part of the Janiga MDs family. I do the surgery scheduling for Dr. Timothy Janiga and have enjoyed every part of it. I also enjoy the personal interaction that I’m able to have with our patients. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my grandkids, heading to a baseball game, or visiting any beach with my husband.

I have been working in the aesthetic industry for over ten years. I love skincare and especially helping patients find the best routines for their skin. This industry and Janiga MDs have so much to offer, and I enjoy helping Charlotte Mack DNP-C and Dr. Jennifer with their laser treatments and injection treatments. When I am not working, I like taking road trips with my friends and family to experience new areas.

I started at Janiga MDs after spending many years working at a surgery center. Since starting I have enjoyed meeting new patients and learning more about the aesthetic industry. Janiga MDs has so much to offer from injection treatments to surgeries and so much more. During my spare time I love creating flower arrangements for friends and family. I also enjoy spending time with my new little family and watching my son grow.

I arrived at Janiga MDs with 8 years clinical and surgical experience. At Janiga MDs I love that our patients enjoy sharing their journey with me, from their consults to their post-ops. You will see me primarily assisting Dr. Timothy Janiga, but I do work with all providers in our office. I am pursuing additional education focusing on surgery. I was born and raised in the Reno/Tahoe area and enjoy spending as much time as I can in our area’s great outdoors with my husband and our animals.

I have been in the medical field for over 4 decades and in aesthetics for over 10 years. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have 2 beautiful daughters, 4 amazing grandchildren. We also have a very playful bulldog named Daisy. My favorite part of my job is assisting Dr. Timothy Janiga in our in-office procedures and helping our breast cancer patients through their recovery and breast cancer journey.
