Round implants come in different projections and Dr. Janiga will help you decide if high or moderate projection on your implants is best for you.
Silicone implants are filled with a cohesive gel that mimics the feel of natural breast tissue. These implants generally last 10-15 years, though can last longer. Patients 22 years or older can be good candidates for silicone implants.
Saline implants are much less common than silicone implants and are filled with a sterile saltwater solution after being inserted, allowing for smaller incisions. They can be used to help achieve more natural-looking breasts. Those 18 years old can be good candidates for saline implants.
