Grade 0 means there is no dimpling when the skin is squeezed.
Grade 1 implies there is no dimpling when standing but dimpling when the skin is squeezed.
Grade 2 occurs when dimpling visible when standing but not while lying down.
Grade 3 is equated when dimpling occurs when standing or lying down.
