Program description. JanigaMDs Plastic Surgery & Cosmetic Center (“JanigaMDs,” “we,” “us”) offers an SMS text messaging program for patients and prospective patients who opt in. Messages may include two-way replies to consultation and treatment inquiries, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, rescheduling notifications, pre- and post-treatment care instructions, customer service communications, and occasional promotional offers and event announcements related to our services.
How to opt in. You can opt in by providing your mobile phone number and checking the clearly labeled, non-pre-checked SMS consent box on a contact, consultation request, or appointment form on janigamds.com, or by providing consent during patient registration and intake. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of receiving medical care.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and your appointment activity.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, submit a form on our website with the SMS consent box checked and we will start sending messages to you again.
