Dr. Timothy Janiga is a board-certified plastic surgeon who has been serving Northern Nevada and the Reno community for over 2 decades, after completing a rigorous plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Michigan. He chose to open Mountain West Surgical Center to expand the personalized patient care he provides within our Reno office. After running JanigaMDs alongside his wife, fellow physician and board-certified dermatologist Dr. Jennifer Janiga, for several years now, Dr. Timothy Janiga knows the difference it makes in patient recovery when they are well cared for. In order to make sure that happened, Dr. Janiga wanted to extend the concierge approach that he and his wife have cultivated in their own practice to a surgery center. Mountain West Surgical Center was opened in 2022, where they began seeing patients and providing the same attention and care that Dr. Janiga and his team are known for.
