What is CoolSculpting® Elite?
CoolSculpting® Elite is the third generation of the revolutionary CoolSculpting® device. It provides the latest and most advanced version of “fat freezing.” CoolSculpting® itself is an FDA-cleared non-surgical fat reduction procedure that uses cooling technology to remove excess stubborn fat deposits that are resistant to diet and exercise. CoolSculpting® has been available in the U.S. for 10 years and taps into the power of cryolipolysis to dissolve stubborn fat pockets.
With CoolSculpting® Elite, you will be receiving the most advanced, cutting-edge treatment option to destroy fat cells.
The result? A slimmer, sculpted, trimmer you.
Originally developed by researchers from Harvard, CoolSculpting® delivers noticeable results without surgery or downtime. The third generation CoolSculpting® Elite targets fat and reduces fat pockets by 25% with each treatment. The newest version of CoolSculpting® works, better, faster, and more effectively to treat the abdomen, flank/side, back, inner and outer thighs, saddle bags, thighs, upper arms and double chin.
The Procedure
At Janiga MDs, we will develop a customized treatment plan based on your specific areas of concerns and your goals.
To start your CoolSculpting® treatment, the body is examined, and treatment zones are mapped out. A gel pad is then applied to your targeted area and a vacuum applicator is applied drawing the targeted area into the applicator cup. Applicators are secured to the treatment area, delivering controlled cooling to the area for 35-45 minutes. It’s not unusual to feel pressure combined with a cold sensation on your skin. You may experience a pulling feeling accompanied by a tugging or pinching sensation. Many CoolSculpting® Elite patients choose to read, check emails, or take a nap during their customized treatment.
