What is Morpheus?
Morpheus is a radio frequency-based device for resurfacing and tightening of the skin and it can be used alone or in combination with other procedures. Alone, Morpheus can be used as a resurfacing device to treat acne, acne scarring, stretch marks, crepey skin, lax skin, wrinkles, and texture irregularities. It is a device that is meant to bridge the gap between the results of fractionated lasers and surgical procedures. It can be used on all skin types including acne prone and darker skin, as the technology is safe for all skin types.

The Procedure
The Morpheus has a microneedling-like technology with the addition of radio frequency heating to the pins to fractionally coagulate tissue, resurface the top layer of the skin, and give deep collagen stimulation. Morpheus can be combined with many other procedures to augment results. Some examples of other procedures that we can combine with Morpheus include EmbraceRF, FaceTite, and BodyTite. Morpheus can even be combined with surgical options such as facelift and eyelid lift to help with some of the texture irregularities of the skin in the surgical area.
Recovery & Results
Morpheus is traditionally an in-office procedure that is performed with topical anesthetic being applied for 30 minutes prior to the procedure. Results with Morpheus are impressive. Reduction in acne scars, lines and texture irregularities are up to 50%, and when done in combination with other procedures the results are even more amazing.
