Who is a Candidate?

Individuals who are 21 years or older who have unwanted wrinkles and folds in the lower half of their face can often benefit from Juvéderm® Vollure. All patients require a personal consultation with Dr. Jennifer Janiga or her associates, where they will examine your skin, discuss your concerns and required results, study your medical history, and determine if you are a good candidate.

The Procedure

During treatment, Juvéderm® Vollure injected into the targeted area(s) using a fine gauge needle. This product is formulated with lidocaine, a local anesthetic, to help make the treatment as comfortable as possible. A treatment session generally takes about 45 minutes to complete. Individuals may need several sessions to see desired results.

Results & Recovery

Following treatment, patients may experience mild swelling, redness, bruising, and itching, which are temporary effects. Results are long-lasting and can last up to 18 months. To ensure best results, patients should avoid strenuous exercise for the first 24 hours following treatment.
