What is AccuTite?
Skin laxity eventually affects everyone, although it always affects people in different ways. You may notice excess skin on your arms or midsection or even in small areas like under the eyes and on the hands. To combat sagging skin, Janiga MDs offers AccuTite radio frequency assisted lipolysis that both removes excess fat cells (if necessary) and stimulates the skin for tighter skin and minimal body contouring. This option is the latest in skin-tightening devices from InMode, a leader in the laser and radiofrequency device industry.
AccuTite is the smallest minimally invasive radiofrequency device on the market. It uses precision heating to safely and effectively tighten skin in smaller areas such as the under-eye region and bra fat or back rolls.
THE ACCUTITE PROCEDURE
Dr. Timothy Janiga performs the AccuTite procedure in-office with a local anesthetic. Dr. Janiga will first make a small incision for this minimally invasive treatment, through which the AccuTite cannula can be inserted. He will then use the AccuTite handheld applicator to remove fat and tighten loose skin with radiofrequency energy throughout the treatment area. The radiofrequency energy will transfer from the device into the skin tissues to melt any fat for easier removal and tighten the tissue without damaging the skin’s vital structures. The system monitors the temperature of the device and tissues in real-time to ensure adequate heating of the fat and skin for optimal tightening.
The AccuTite procedure has been proven effective for facial contouring, skin remodeling, and contouring of small, delicate body areas. It has been used for the knees, hands, chin, arms, and under eyes. The AccuTite procedure takes between 20 and 30 minutes per area to complete.

Recovery and Results From AccuTite
Since the AccuTite treatment is minimally invasive, the recovery is quicker than surgical procedures. Some patients may feel sore or tender and have some bruising or swelling for up to a week after the procedure. There is no official downtime, most patients can still resume daily activities within a couple of days of the treatment.
Once fully recovered, patients will start to see the results of fat reduction and skin contraction.
